Information Collection

After Ethics Committee approval and the consent form is signed by (or on behalf of) the patient, the relevant data from the medical chart will be entered onto the computer system.

At a future time it is envisioned that regionally-based staff will be trained to enter the required data. This is not expected to occur for a number of years.
